The General Staff: Black Powder Battle Designer Bundle is an integrated suite of applications for creating scenarios for use within the General Staff Wargaming System. IMPORTANT: The General Staff: Black Powder Wargame is sold separately! The three applications in the Bundle are:
  • The Army Editor. This Windows program makes creating three-level Order of Battle (OOB) Tables easy by employing drop-down menus and sliders. You can even copy and paste from online OOBs.
    * The Map Editor. This Windows program is a 3D topographical terrain drawing tool. It supports mouse and drawing tablets. Images can also be imported from other applications like PhotoShop.
    *The Scenario Editor. This Windows program merges two armies created in The Army Editor with a map created in The Map Editor to produce new battle simulations. Any two armies in the General Staff Wargaming System can be used, Set Victory conditions in the Scenario Editor.
