Turnout was primarily inspired by great games like Five Nights at Freddy's and FLATHEAD.
The game will require you to be focused and quick with your actions and thinking.

The train won't stop and can't be stopped. You don't really have that much time left. Someone's going to end up being on the wrong track.

PICK A NUMBER, ADJUST THE ROUTE

The server will pick a number, you and your opponent will have to guess it, closest player's pick wins, and their route adjustment will be accepted.

Rely on your luck or use the information provided to you to come up with strategies (for a lack of the former).

COUNTER VIRUS ATTACKS

Random virus attacks might end your game early if you don’t pay enough attention to them.

UNSTABLE VOLTAGE

Frequent power outages will leave you in limbo temporarily - better be quick with your actions.

SOUNDS FROM THE DEPTH

An <entity> tries to join the game to remove one of the players - don't be that player.
