THE STORY

Your old friend Vincent needs your help. His interest in esoteric matters hasn't waned over the years. In fact, it seems to have taken a sinister turn and has come to dominate his life. In Vincent's old house, you must confront memories, investigate various documents strewn about, and face the full consequences of your friend's research.

THE GAMEPLAY

The Stamp is a text-based game. That being said, the identification, ordering, and manipulation of symbols constitute the core of the gameplay. Puzzles are light, as the game strives for a relaxing, steady rhythm to the story beats.

THE ATMOSPHERE

Lovecraftian to its core, The Stamp aims to evoke a heavy atmosphere with minimalistic gameplay and a streamlined interface. This game is an experiment from start to finish—it’s up to you, the player, to decide if it succeeds. As Vincent knows all too well, a failed experiment can be more rewarding than a successful one.
