Into the Swarm

Into The Swarm is a 1–2 player co-op bullet heaven inspired by horde survivors and the combat of MOBA and MMO encounters. 

• Choose from heroes with unique passives, abilities, and weapons

• Survive 15 minutes of hordes of monsters and then take on a boss

• Level up, make real-time choices, and craft your build as the run unfolds 

• Pair weapons with the right passives to unlock powerful evolutions 

• Collect gold and spend it on permanent upgrades between runs 

• Jump over monsters, terrain, and low ground projectiles to stay alive 

• Complete quests and challenges during each run 

• Team up through Steam friend invites or room codes 

• Play with mouse and keyboard

Something Is Lurking Beneath the Sand

Venture into a corrupted desert where a mysterious force is twisting peaceful wildlife into monstrous threats and awakening ancient creatures. Battle relentless hordes, survive dangerous events, and face powerful bosses in short, intense runs as you fight against overwhelming odds to stop the corruption before it consumes everything. 

Choose Your Hero

Every hero brings a unique identity to the battlefield. Select from a roster of characters, each equipped with a unique passive, two manual abilities, and a signature main weapon that defines their playstyle from the very start.

Shape Your Power

Slay monsters, collect experience and gold, level up, and choose upgrades that shape your build in real time. Will you stack defense or go all-in on offense? Lock down the swarm with crowd control, or maximize your damage output?  Equip additional auto-fire weapons, pair them with the right passives, and unlock powerful evolutions to push deeper into the swarm.

Your hero’s main abilities are manually triggered and aimed while additional weapons fire automatically, letting you focus on movement, positioning, timing, and survival.

Learn, Adapt, Overcome

Each run lasts around 15 minutes and ends in a boss fight that puts your build and decision-making to the test. Every defeat is a chance to learn. Study what went wrong, refine your approach, and return stronger in the next run. 

Between runs, spend collected gold on permanent upgrades to strengthen your account and unlock new ways to play.
