A persistent multi-shard MMO city-builder on a 1:1 reconstruction of real Earth. Claim hex regions anywhere on the globe. Build a hierarchical economy from a single parcel up to a continent. Plant your Garden of Eden — and watch it grow into a planet.
This is a city-builder where the real world keeps leaking in. Real terrain. Real cities. Real geography. The world you already know, ready to build on.
The Four Beats
- Build — Place a single building on real lat/long. Footprints come from real-world map data. The hex is your canvas; the world is the reference.
- Grow — Watch a hex become a district. A district becomes a city. Eight aggregation layers roll up while you play — and keep rolling when you don't.
- Shape — Carve roads, ports, and rail across real geography. Distance and infrastructure set the cost. The Andes will charge you for it.
- Yours — Buy once, play solo forever. Mods, self-hosted worlds, local saves. The subscription is opt-in — only if you want the world to keep ticking.
What you do
- A hierarchical economy. Eight economic layers — building → block → district → city → metro → region → country → continent. What you produce rises to the market; what the market needs flows back down to you.
- The hex empire loop. Claim → tend → link → trade. Extend a road across the boundary and a trade route opens with your neighbor. Free placement on real terrain.
- A real Earth canvas. Real satellite terrain with actual building outlines from global map data. NYC is about 22 hexes. You arrive somewhere, not nowhere.
- A living world. A separate AI worker grows unoccupied land in game-time. Fishing villages become port towns while you sleep. Log in to a world that moved on.
Real geography matters
Oil in Texas. Ore in the Andes. Lithium in Atacama. What you can produce is what the actual continent under your hex can give you. Trade the rest. Around 30 resources at launch, modder-extendable.A planet, not a tile

The base game is yours — full single-player on real Earth, runs on your own computer, no recurring fees, full mod support. An optional Living World subscription keeps your online city growing 24/7 — but if you cancel, your single-player saves keep working. The subscription pays for our servers, not the game itself.
