Roguelite Bullethell mixed with Space-Mining!

You control a speedy rover exploring infected planets. Dig through alien terrain, fight hostile creatures & extract resources. The more you risk, the more you gain! ...But greed can cost you everything.

Hostile creatures emerge from the planet itself. Planets become more dangerous the more the infection spreads.

DrillScape is a Action-Roguelike with a strong focus on mining, fighting and exploration.

  • Travel to procedural generated planets, mine resources and face aliens.

  • Use extracted resources to upgrade your rover.

  • Find new Weapon types though exploration

  • Upgrade Weapons with modules

  • Dynamic overworld where infection spreads between planets

  • Risk and reward are always in tension

Each planet is controlled by a central core. Finding it means pushing through harder terrain and stronger enemies. Removing the core can stop the infection, but triggers aggressive reactions from the planet’s inhabitants. Your decisions shape how the infection spreads across the overworld.

We're a small indie team of three, pouring our hearts and our complete energy into this project. Over the next seven months, we'll be working hard to bring you a polished, feature-complete demo right here on Steam.

This phase is incredibly important for us.

Your feedback will help us shape the game into what it's meant to be. We'd love to know if the core systems feel balanced, whether the bosses and enemies are fair or a bit too wild, if the upgrades feel good, and if the gameplay loop makes sense or needs more guidance - especially the new overworld system.
