The Death Deliriant is a first-person survival horror game that blends cosmic horror with realistic mechanics. You find yourself trapped in a hallucination caused by inhaling the Death Deliriant substance, which originated in outer space and was carried by a meteorite, causing the player to experience extremely vivid hallucinations or nightmares—even injuries sustained in the dream manifest in the real world. You must escape this nightmare by repairing your car and finally getting out of there, but it won’t be easy—you’ll be terrorized by entities that are manifestations of the Death Deliriant substance, and the odds are stacked against you.

Find the tools you need to repair your car—screwdrivers, grinders, and more. Use them just as you would in real life, no simple mouse clicks here, you’ll be turning, cutting, and assembling with your own hands, But remember, you won’t be doing all this easily, you’ll be working under the terror of that evil creature, and the odds are stacked against you. Stay alert, or that creature will catch you off guard.

Feeding on your fear, it will never stop until you break free—or die trying.
