Tachyon Fire

Tachyon Fire is a fast-paced arena FPS inspired by the gameplay of Devil Daggers, the movement of Tribes, and the game-feel of Quake III.  Evolve your weapons using the harvested energy of your enemies. Master each level by optimizing your movement and crowd control to achieve the fastest completion time.

Story:
Mechanical fiends have overrun the projected realm of the collective unconscious. With the Kali Yuga reaching its 400,000-year apex, it falls to you, Metatron, to blast them to smithereens and purge the Akashic code of their corruption.

Features:

• FPS, Purified
  There is no fall damage, reloading, regenerating health, or randomly generated gameplay. Your strategy, movement, and aim alone determine your fate in the arena. Rapidly switch between 3 distinct weapons, each with 3 upgrade levels, to annihilate foes with escalating intensity.

• Undulating Walls of Flesh and Chrome
  Learn to overpower nine enemy types as massive swarms overwhelm you. Some will slither and coil, others will lumber, and still others will swirl into clouds or raise fluid shield-walls.

• Movement Sandbox
  Ski, slide, bounce, bunny hop, shotgun jump, and machine-gun boost across the arena however you choose.

• Demiurge
  Enjoy a handcrafted experience built almost entirely by a single developer. The engine, levels, sound design and most models were created from the ground up as a labor of love.
