Arctic Surrender is an Adult Romance Visual Novel set on the frozen (and rapidly thawing) edge of East Greenland, where an American consortium is racing to build a deepwater port and military airfield before the freeze closes in. You play as Soren Vinter, the project director holding the entire season together with deadlines, concrete, and sheer will, while the ground beneath the site shifts and the moral ground beneath him collapses. As blockades harden, data resurfaces, and old wounds reopen, one impossible night forces a choice between three women, each tied to the project's fate in a different way.

Ivalu Lund - The Land's Voice
A Greenlandic Inuit environmental lawyer and the unyielding face of Sermivik's resistance, Ivalu is fighting for a headland her family has lived from for nine generations. She demands the real word, the real cost, the real consent, and Soren is the kind of enemy she can't afford to understand. Their connection is a forbidden intimacy across a barricade.


Esme Calder - The Glaciologist
A quiet, formidable scientist whose ten-thousand-year ice record helped make the project possible, and the widow of Tomas Calder, the chief engineer who died on Soren's watch. Her data may condemn the very ground the consortium is betting on. Drawn together by grief, guilt, and a shared ghost, Esme and Soren step into a romance shadowed by loyalty to the dead.


Sigrid Dahl - The Lead Engineer
A world-class structural engineer flown in to save a slipping build, and the woman Soren was once engaged to, before the same fight destroyed them: his deadline versus her safety factor. She refuses to sign off on anything she can't stand on, professionally or personally. Their route is a second chance under floodlights and freeze dates.
