YuanQi : 元氣

Yuan Qi is a 2D action-adventure game inspired by the Chinese Five Elements system. Players take on the role of a “Spiritual Adept” wielding elemental powers, embarking on a journey through the Wood Nation to explore the world, battle enemies, gain experience, and progressively grow stronger.

The core gameplay focuses on combat and progression. Players use basic attacks and Five Elements skills, combining elemental interactions (generation and restriction cycles) to gain strategic advantages in battle.

Throughout the journey, players will explore various regions, interact with NPCs, and uncover the lore behind the Five Elements world.

At shrines and special locations, players can “meditate” to obtain randomized martial arts charms. These charms can be equipped to alter combat styles and ability combinations, enabling diverse build customization.

By combining skills, charms, and elemental systems, players can create their own unique combat style and embark on a personalized cultivation journey.
