Explore Pok island in 8 different environments that, and face all kinds of challenges that require different types of exercise to beat!

• Platforming stages: Move by running, attack with punches and squat to perform jumps!
  
• Slingshot stages: Use sit ups to operate a giant slingshot
  
• Fishing mini game: Squat to throw the line and lure the fish!
