Game Introduction

The story is set in a fictional northern mountain village during the 1970s.
The protagonist, Er Kui, is heavily influenced by kung fu movies of that era and becomes obsessed with martial arts. One day, a gang of hooligans suddenly storms into Er Kui’s home, brutally beats him up, steals his tractor, and even takes away the rooster he has raised for many years.

Furious beyond control, Er Kui decides to teach those punks a lesson and sets out on a path of revenge.
The story is absurd, humorous, and hot-blooded at the same time, with a light homage to John Wick.

Gameplay Features

Don’t Mess with Er Kui is a hard-hitting action beat-'em-up game packed with satisfying combat. During Er Kui’s journey for revenge, players will encounter all kinds of thugs and uniquely designed bosses. Find their weaknesses and defeat them!

• At certain moments, Er Kui must make important choices. Your decisions will influence the progression of the story to some extent.

• Er Kui will also face various challenges, such as being trapped in locked rooms. You’ll need to help him search for clues and escape.

• During Er Kui’s journey for revenge, he may encounter trapped animals. Rescue them, and they will help you fight against enemies.

Controls

Don’t Mess with Er Kui supports both Xbox 360 controllers and PC keyboard controls. However, for the smoothest gameplay experience, I highly recommend playing with a controller.
