An anarchic zone, inhabited by antisocial killers, disturbed perverts, mutated half-humans, egomaniacal dictators, and some nice people sprinkled in here and there. 

Swap out and perfect all your body parts and organs. Collect the most powerful loadout of guns, knives and swords. Learn martial skills and neuro-manic psychomanipulation. Choose whose will to enforce and whose cause to help, and lay waste to those who stand in your way... assuming they don't put up a bigger fight than you.

Your body is yours to customize, optimize, and strengthen. Arms, legs, vitals, guts - swap it all out! Make the most of androgen, xenogen and synthetic implants to turn yourself into an athletic monster, an unstoppable tank, an unholy sharpshooter, or anything in between.

Choose from a plethora of melee weapons and firearms to forge your ideal playstyle. Slow and methodical hitmen, lightning-fast swordsmen, sledgehammer juggernauts, machine gun powerhouses, and whoever else you can think of - Waderverse has them all.

What else is in store?

Currently, there is only a demo available on Steam, in which you slash, shoot and run through a small course full of training dummies and try to beat your best time. The game itself - a 2D open-world RPG - will take years to fully create. There are many gameplay systems and mechanics missing from the demo - Mania and active and passive abilities, for example - which will be added in a second demo when enemy AI is finished.
