KAAZ - Featuring Akilah & Zak

The game is a top down, action adventure game in the style of the original Legend of Zelda. Talk to your family and friends and fight your way through 5 levels of slime, corrupted stuffed animals, and dinosaurs to find out what's happened to your world. Swap any time between Akilah and Zak depending on whether you want to fight up close with Zak's sword or from afar with Akilah's bubble wand, just make sure you watch how much soap you have left!

Meet Akilah and Zak, rambunctious twin sister and brother, who are always looking for an adventure.

Journey with them through their imagination. Meet their pets, parents, favorite stuffed animals, and the things that scare them. Try to overcome the challenges of a 4 year-old's world, including icky slime, cute stuffed animals that are no longer behaving, dinosaurs, and other enemies. Inspired by two real kids and the things they said between the ages of 3 and 6, the game was developed as a tribute and homage to their childhood.

Originally developed for the NES, this game has been faithfully ported to Steam, preserving the authentic graphics, sound, and technical limitations of the classic hardware. Experience a nostalgic trip back to the 80s and 90s, where gaming was simpler and full of classic fun.
