Aaron Drake: Ace Detective
About game
An ‘Ace Detective.’ A rookie who’s way too energetic. And somewhere out there... someone who sells perfect murders for a fee.
Aaron Drake has a near-perfect clearance rate, a title he didn't ask for, and as of today — a new partner/mentee.
Robin Watson passed the detective exam with the top score and has decided that means she's ready for anything.
…She is NOT ready for anything.
But the cases are coming whether either of them are ready or not.
How It Works
Investigate the Scene
Explore each location and gather evidence. Every room tells a story — if you know what to look for.
Interrogate the Suspects
Everyone present had opportunity. Everyone has something to hide. Some of them don't even realize what they're giving away.
Probe & Refute/Suggest
Break each statement apart claim by claim. Probe for more detail. Refute with hard evidence. One wrong word is all it takes.
Deduction Duel
When the contradictions are mapped and the evidence is airtight, face the killer directly. Make your case. Close it.
Key Features
Statement-by-Statement Interrogation — Statements aren't monologues, they're puzzles. Every individual claim can be pressed, challenged, or contradicted. Witnesses revise. Deflect. Crack.
Evidence-Driven Deduction — No detective vision. No highlighted clues. No guesswork. Build your case from physical evidence, autopsy reports, security cam logs, and the gaps between what people choose to say.
A Growing Partnership — Aaron is dry, precise, and carrying an unspeakable past. Robin is loud, warm, and sharper than she looks… probably. Watching them figure each other out is half the game.
A Shadow Behind Every Case — Someone out there sells perfect murders to anyone who can afford one. The cases that follow get harder to explain. The crime scenes get cleaner. Aaron starts to notice the pattern — and the pattern starts to notice him back.
Three Cases. One Mastermind.
Case 1: Murder Café The owner of Cafe Noir is found dead during his afternoon break. Four suspects. One crime scene. Everyone had opportunity. Only one had motive… and last-minute help.
*The demo contains the FULL 'Case 1: Murder Café.'*
Case 2: Murder Mountain A park ranger at the base of a cliff. Every staff member on site has a seemingly perfect alibi. An accident? Appears so… except for the victim’s last text message: “IF I DIE TONIGHT, THEN I’M MURDERED.”
Case 3: Murder Manor A manor. A locked room. A wealthy old man… dead. Five suspects, five motives, and an ‘expensive’ trick to make the death look like suicide… but isn’t.
